Preparation times
Orders placed before 2 PM (Paris time) are prepared and shipped the same day. After this time, they are shipped the next business day. No shipments on Sundays and public holidays.
Metropolitan France
Delivery in 2-4 business days. Shipping costs and free delivery threshold indicated at checkout.
Europe
Delivery in 4-7 business days. Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Netherlands, Austria, Ireland, United Kingdom.
International
Delivery in 7-14 business days. United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Algeria, Turkey, and other countries. Any customs fees may be your responsibility depending on the destination country.
Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email, then a shipping email containing the tracking number. Tracking is also available from your customer account.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to return your order, without having to give a reason. The product must be returned in its original, unused packaging.
How to return a product
Contact us at contact@teonafrance.fr to initiate a return. Pack the products in their original packaging and ship them to the address that will be provided to you. Refunds are made within 14 days after receipt and inspection.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
