Data Collected
We collect: first name, last name, email, phone number, shipping/billing addresses, order history, and anonymized browsing data. No banking data is stored by Teona — payment is handled by Shopify Payments.
Purposes
Your data is used to: process and ship your orders, manage your customer account, contact you in case of a problem, send you our newsletter (only with your consent), and improve the quality of our service.
Retention Period
Customer account: for the entire duration of the account's activity + 3 years after the last order. Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation). Newsletter: until unsubscription.
Recipients
Your data is never sold. It is shared only with: (1) Shopify, which hosts the store and processes payments; (2) carriers responsible for delivery; (3) transactional email sending tools. All our subcontractors comply with the GDPR.
Your Rights
You can at any time: access your data, rectify it, request its deletion, object to its processing, request its portability, withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights: contact@teonafrance.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Account Login
Logging into your customer account is password-free: a one-time code is sent to you by email. No password is stored.
Cookies
The site uses strictly necessary functional cookies (shopping cart, chosen language, session). No advertising, tracking, or social media cookies are placed without your explicit consent. You can manage your preferences from your browser settings.
