1 · Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between Teona France SAS, a simplified joint-stock company, registered with the Marseille RCS under number 951 510 429, with its registered office at 13 Boulevard du Centre, 13015 Marseille ("Teona") and any person making a purchase on the teonafrance.fr website ("the Client").

2 · Products

The products offered for sale are fragrances, body mists, reed diffusers, textile sprays, and car diffusers. The essential characteristics, olfactory notes, and prices are listed on each product page. The illustrative photographs do not commit Teona regarding slight variations in bottle shade.

3 · Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery costs. Teona reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4 · Order

The Client places an order directly on the website. The order is validated after full payment. Teona reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.

5 · Payment

Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods offered at the time of payment, via the secure Shopify Payments solution. Banking data is neither processed nor stored by Teona. Payment is secured by SSL encryption and complies with the PCI-DSS standard.

6 · Delivery

Orders are prepared in our premises in Marseille and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours. Estimated delivery times: Metropolitan France 2-4 working days, Europe 4-7 working days, International 7-14 working days. Shipping costs and free delivery thresholds are indicated at the time of payment.

7 · Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for their decision. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused. Return costs are borne by the Client. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

8 · Guarantees

All Teona products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (article 1641 of the Civil Code). In the event of a defect, the Client may obtain replacement, repair, or reimbursement of the product.

9 · Personal Data

The collected information is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act. The Client has a right to access, rectify, delete, and portability of their data. To exercise these rights: contact@teonafrance.fr.

10 · Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing this, French courts will have sole jurisdiction. The Client may also use the European online dispute resolution platform free of charge: ec.europa.eu/odr.
